Advanced Orders |
Our website does not allow you to place orders in advance. You can only place orders for the upcoming delivery cycle. If you need to place an order in advance, please email retail@gooduncle.com. |
Cancellations |
To cancel an order, email retail@gooduncle.com with your Order # and account name. You will not be charged for the canceled order as long as you notify us before the cutoff or within 24 hours after the cutoff time. If you cancel your order 24 hours or more after the cutoff time, you will still be charged for the labor and production of the order. |
Change Delivery Location |
Send your inquiry to retail@gooduncle.com with the following questions answered: 1. Is there a loading dock? 2. Will there be a point of contact to receive the order? Will it be the same person as before? 3. Does the location have a key drop service? 4. Do you need this order to arrive at a certain time? |
Change Delivery Window |
Send your preferred delivery window to retail@gooduncle.com. |
Change Delivery Day |
We have two delivery days: Monday and Thursday. Order by Monday at 5PM for a Thursday Delivery. Order by Friday at 11AM for a Monday delivery. If you need to change your delivery date, email retail@gooduncle.com. |
Fulfillment Notification |
Wondering why you received a "Your Order is on the Way" email past your delivery date? Great question! Your order was never marked fulfilled on our end. When it is marked as fulfilled, it send the notification you received. We must mark the order as fulfilled to complete your order in the backend and that prompted the email to be sent. |

Missed Cutoff |
The cutoff time for a Thursday delivery is Monday by 5PM. The cutoff time for a Monday delivery is Friday by 11AM. Would you like email reminders before the cutoff times? Email retail@gooduncle.com and we'll add you to the list! |
Missing Items |
Email retail@gooduncle.com with your Order # and list of missing items. We will adjust the invoice for your order so you will not be charged for the missing items. |
Notification Error |
Haven't received a confirmation notification? Email retail@gooduncle.com and we'll check your order history for you. |

Order Limits |
Our order minimum is $400 and our order maximum caps out at 1,200 meals due to vehicle capacity. If you’d like to exceed the maximum, please let us know so we can schedule an alternate delivery option for you. |
